Dabbling in Crossfit

Saturday, my Crossfit rep gave me this workout. I am going to make my husband do it at some point this week:

50 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
200 Sit-ups
300 Squats

My time: 40 minutes.
Notes: I had to do jumping Pull-ups in 10's. I had to do girlie Push-ups in 20's, then 10's. I guess I didn't do the Squats correct, b/c they weren't that hard to complete.
